Take a pan and mix three ounces of butter with milk, heat the mixture until butter gets melted.
Take a bowl and mix fine sugar with two and a half cup of flour and then add salt and yeast, beat the mixture with the help of a beater. Now, add the mixture of milk and butter in it and then blend them well.
Now in the mixture add two eggs and vanilla essence and beat all of them again for two minutes. Add the remaining flour in it and blend it to make fine and smooth dough.
Now take another bowl and grease its surface with butter and pour the dough in it. Leave the dough for approximately 50 minutes to settle.
Now roll the dough with rolling pin and then with the help of doughnut cutter, make spherical shapes of it.
Now place the donuts on a greasy sheet and cover them for approximately 30 minutes with a cloth so that they become puffy.
Take a frying pan and add oil in it, deep fry the puffy donuts until they get golden texture.
Now dip freshly fried donuts in vanilla glaze and then place them on a rack until glaze is settled.
Your fresh glazed vanilla donuts are ready to serve.
