The first thing you need to do is to thoroughly mix honey, olive oil, cayenne pepper and salt in a mixing bowl. Use a spoon to stir the mixture comprising of the four ingredients.
Once you are done with the previous step, put the unsalted cashews and blanched almonds into the mixture. Start tossing the nuts around in the mixture using the spoon to properly coat them with the mixture that you prepared in the first step.
Now grab a baking tray/sheet. If you do not have a non-stick baking pan, place a parchment paper on it to make the surface non-stick.
Take out the coated nuts from the mixing bowl and spread them across the baking tray/sheet or parchment sheet, whatever you chose in the previous step.
Place the tray/sheer in the oven and bake it at a temperature of 180ºC/350ºF while stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. You may be done with the baking earlier, or may have to wait a few minutes extra as the aim here is to make the nuts golden brown.
Remove the tray/sheet from the oven after the nuts become golden and transfer the latter to a tray or an airtight container.
Enjoy the mouth-watering honey roasted almonds if you transferred them to the tray. You can treat yourself to the tasty snacks later if you stored them away in an airtight container.
