First of all, you have to brown the ground beef. Take a skillet and put it on the stove over medium heat. Pour some water in it and when it becomes hot, place the ground beef in it. Keep the beef in the skillet until it becomes evenly brown. Then, take it out and drain it well. Meanwhile, heat the garlic in a saucepan in a little oil, until it becomes brown. Now, mix the garlic with the beef.
After that, take a large skillet and put the spaghetti sauce in it. Then, add the beef and garlic mixture to the skillet. Cook all the ingredients well on low or medium heat.
Beat three eggs in a large bowl. Then, add the parmesan cheese into the bowl. Now, add the cooked pasta (after draining) and toss well to coat. Make sure that the eggs are not scrambled while cooking and are slightly cool.
Then, you have to spread the pasta mixture right on the bottom of a large dish. You can use any dish; however, it will be better to use a glass deep dish as it looks more presentable. Smooth the pasta in the dish with the help of a spoon.
Take the Italian seasoning and spread it on the pasta mixture. Then, add the Ricotta cheese on top of the pasta mixture.
Use the meat mixture as topping on the pie. After that, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the pie. Preheat the oven to around 350 degree and place the pie in it. Bake the pie for around 20 minutes and when the cheese melts, take it out and put it aside to cool down. Serve warm.
