Strawberry salad dressing is one of the most tastiest and delicious dressings to top your salads with. It is a perfect blend of fresh strawberries, olive oil, corn-starch, black pepper and raspberry vinegar to go with your fruit salads.
Ingredients
  • Fresh strawberries - 2 cups
  • Berry vinegar, such as raspberry vinegar - ½ cup
  • Olive oil - ¼ cup
  • Cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - ¼ tsp
Instructions
  1. First of all, take a large bowl and put the strawberries in it.
  2. If you want to remove the seeds from the strawberries, you can take them out.
  3. However, they don't really affect the taste.
  4. Now, take a food processor or a blender and puree the strawberries until they become smooth.
  5. Make sure that all the strawberries are properly blended before adding the vinegar.
  6. Blend the mixture more after adding the vinegar so that it mixes up well.
  7. Now, take the corn starch and add it into the bowl.
  8. It is extremely important for you to add the right quantity of the corn starch, otherwise your dressing's consistency will be affected.
  9. After adding the corn starch, you have to add the black pepper.
  10. Don’t use excessive black pepper as it may make the dressing bitter.
  11. Now add the olive oil into the bowl and keep mixing it until you see small beads.
  12. If you add too much oil, your dressing will taste bland and oily.
  13. Now mix everything up some more and place the dressing in the refrigerator.
  14. The dressing tastes best when cold.
