Wash all the utensils before making your tropical mango salsa. It is very important thing that you always use washed tools and utensils before making any kind of dish. The more you take responsibility cooking anything with care the better the results will be.
Wash all the mangoes and set aside for drying.
Wash the pineapple and cut into slices. Do not make large slices but make small ones as it will be easier to eat.
Peel all the mangoes and cut into slices. Also try to cut small pieces.
Now take a bowl and put pineapple slices and mango slices. Mix it well and put some dried sweet red pepper and diced tomato.
Put some minced fresh cilantro and also add some green onions and lime juice that will enhance the taste as well.
Put some jalapeno pepper and stir all the mixture firmly.
Serve it with tortillas chips and coffee.
