Pour the mixture into a jug

Now you need to pour mixture of the bowl into the gallon jug. However, you need to use a funnel for this purpose. Insert the funnel in the opening of the gallon jug. Then slowly pour ingredients into the funnel. Continue this until whole glass bowl is empty.

    Add yeast

Next you need to add yeast into the jug with the mixture. Close the lid after this. Later shake the jug for almost two to three minutes.

  • 4

Place the toy balloon over the jug

After adding yeast, you need to place the opened end of toy balloon on the top of the jug.

  • 5

Place the jug in a cool dry area

Next you need to place the jug into a cool dry area of your house. You can place the jug in an untouched area of your kitchen counter or even on the pantry.

  • 6

    Remove gases

You are required to remove gases from the jug. You can do this by removing the balloon from the top. Remember to repeat this process once a week. Continue removing gases on weekly bases for two to six months. Your wine will be ready after two months. However, the more time you repeat this process, the better and stronger its flavour gets.
