When the anger reaches its peak, it is the point when you need a time out. If you thought counting to ten was just for youngsters, you are wrong. Before you give an extreme reaction, count to ten and take a few deep breaths. This will help your anger to settle down. If the situation is worse, just change your place so that you don’t have to see that person. When you have cooled down a little, express yourself. Do so in a controlled manner. Talk in neutral terms without hurting anyone.  Do think before you say something as you don’t want to regret it later.
