Website frauds are usual these days especially considering the abundance of hackers who can easily break down the code and manipulate it according to their wish. This type of fraud can cause a major damage to the business and should be mitigated with some basic precautions that are not difficult to take.     Never leave your email logged in at some suspicious place because someone else who will use the same system after your usage can misuse the email. He/she can send wrong emails and might change the password or something that will not allow you to access the same email again. For example, if your firm’s fraud representative uses the name for applications for a particular vacancy and asks the applicants to pay a particular amount and then runs away when all the applicants have paid him. You need to mention that no agent is to be contacted on your behalf etc.
