How to Treat Hair Loss with Natural Remedies

Hair play a vital role in the personality of every individual, irrespective of age or gender. Quite unfortunately however, millions of people around the world are facing hair loss, which pushes them to get expensive hair treatments.

Hair loss can be attributed to several factors. Some people are genetically prone to it, while others have diets lacking in essential nutrients. A variety of medical conditions are also responsible for hair loss, along with the drugs which are used to cure diseases such as cancer and arthritis.

Nevertheless, if you are suffering from hair loss, you can employ a few natural remedies to slow down the process and encourage hair growth.

    Egg yolk

    Separate the yolk from the white after cracking an egg and place it into a small bowl. With the help of a fork or a whisk, beat the yolk for at least 10 to 15 seconds. Now apply the yolk to your head, especially the areas where you are witnessing hair loss. Having allowed the yolk to dry on your hair for about an hour, wash your head thoroughly.

    Henna & Mustard oil

    Place about 250 g of mustard oil in a saucepan and add 100g of henna in it. Now you need to mix the oil and the leaves properly. Stir them through a fork or a spoon. Now you need to put the saucepan on a stove and boil the mixture. Once the concoction has been boiled, you need to stir it again before removing from the stove. Now allow the mixture to cool down before you start to apply it on your hair. The mixture can be applied through hands or a brush.

    Cumin & Olive oil

    Grab a small bowl and pour half a cup of olive oil in it. Now add a teaspoon of cumin in the oil and mix it nicely with the help of a whisk or a fork. You can now rub the olive oil on the affected areas. However, it is recommended that the oil is applied even on those parts of the scalp where there is no evident hair loss. It will actually strengthen your hair and may prevent hair loss in future.
