How many customers are looking for your products? What are the current the government policies? Whether you can take any help from the government policies? How many suppliers you have? It is extremely important for you to understand your problem well because if you don’t know your issue, you cannot be able to solve it. Problem identification is the most important part in preparing a case study and is usually the most difficult one too. Therefore, you have to pay a lot of attention to understand your problem.

    In order to present the necessary solutions to the given problem or problems, you will have to study the literature. If you can’t find any suitable solution for your problem, you will have to find it out yourself for which you may have to develop certain frameworks.

    The final step is to evaluate your work. You have to compare the actual results of your solutions after implementation with the standards which you set before. If the actual results are not up to your expectations, you can make further improvements. But, if the results are not up to the mark, you will have to go back and repeat the whole process so as to know where you did mistake.
