The letter is started by simple mentioning your name and designation. Since you are more of a villain than a boss, an email from you does not need any introduction.
After writing your name and designation, you may write the company or office address followed by phone number, listing each entry in a separate line. This may not be needed if this is all mentioned on a company’s letter head.
Leave one line space to write the date and again one line space to write the subject. Although not necessary but it is good to have to subject bold and underlined.
As your message will be for the whole staff so you may address them as “Respected Staff members” or “Respected Employees”.
In the main body of the letter, straightaway mention your absence with the duration. Do not forget to mention your date of return and the person to be contacted in your absence.
Conclude the letter with a courteous sentence showing your regard as well as concern for your subordinates.
