Upon an appointment in an organization, you are being first given an Appointment or Job Offer letter that mentions a certain amount of salary. You may perhaps go on to skip whatever is written in the letter and will solely focus on the amount of salary that as it is usually mentioned in bold. If that figure is acceptable for you and perhaps exceeds your expectation, you will probably start jumping with joy. However, there is a formal way to thank the organization or the employer for the salary offer according to your expectations. You can simply write a Salary Acceptance Letter that indicates your acceptance for the salary offered. While writing this letter, you are supposed to show enthusiasm for joining the company. Besides, the letter should be concise and free of possible typing and grammatical errors as it makes up your impression before the employer.

(Your Email Address)

The introduction or the introductory paragraph of the salary acceptance letter should preferably be no more than two to three lines. You simply acknowledge the employer for considering you for the applied post showing enthusiasm.

This is where you mention the actual cause of excitement which is of course the offered salary and other benefits. Simply appreciate the salary offered as well as the other benefits along with the date that you are likely to join the organization.
Third Paragraph
Conclude your letter in a couple of sentences by mentioning that how far you will be contributing for the benefit of the organization. It is often good to ask if the employers needs any documents upon joining so that you are all set as you start working.
