If want to make the sugar syrup at home, take a saucepan, add 500g sugar and 250ml water to it. Bring the water to boil at medium heat and stir the mixture constantly until the sugar dissolve completely.
Remove the saucepan from heat and set it aside at room temperature until cool properly. Place the mixture in your refrigerator.
Meanwhile, grab the fresh kiwifruit, peel off its skin properly and cut it into equal slices.
Place the slices of the kiwi fruit in the cocktail shaker and crush them into a pulp.
Now, add in seven ice cubes, 3 oz vodka or citrus vodka and 1/2 tablespoon sugar syrup. Cover the lid of the cocktail shaker properly and shake it vigorously until all ingredients mix completely.
Strain your Kiwi Martini into a pre-chilled martini cocktail glass, garnish it with kiwi fruit slice and serve immediately.
