Prawn and Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

– 175g (6 oz) cooked prawns
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
– 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
– salt to taste
– 2 avocados, halved lengthwise and stone removed
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

To Garnish:

– Little gem lettuce leaves
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– jarred red peppers or pimentos, julienned, for garnish

    Take chives, prawns, Worcestershire sauce, chilli sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl and then mix them. After mixing these ingredients season them with salt as per your liking or taste.

    After seasoning the prawn mixture with salt, serve it in the two avocados halves and then dribble over lemon juice. Then, put these avocado halves on the lettuce leaves which should be powdered with paprika first.

    Now garnish this dish with julienned red peppers and it is ready to be served immediately.
