Prawns, Avocado and Pink Grapefruit Salad is another fun salad in which fruits and veggies are combined with prawns! This flavorsome salad is a full meal and takes minimum time to be prepared. Ingredients:
-6-8 Prawns (Finely Cooked and Refrigerated)
-1 Ripe Pink Grapefruit
-2 Avocados
-½ cup Red Chilies
-½ cup Lemon Juice
-1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
-1 tablespoon Castor Sugar
-½ bunch Fresh Parsley (Finally Chopped)
-1 bunch Fresh Coriander (Finally Chopped)
-½ cup Olive Oil

    Before getting started it is important to make sure that all utensils, fruits, and veggies are properly washed.

    Firstly take the grapefruit, peel it, and cut it into slices and then set it aside.

    Next peel the avocados and cut them into 2 halves and then remove the seed and chop into thin slices.

    Now take the red chilies, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.

    Once you are done with chopping, take out the serving bowl or platter and arrange the alternate slices of avocados and grapefruit in a circle and put the prawns on each slice.

    Now add the stated amount of lemon juice, fish sauce, red chilies and castor sugar in a separate cup and stir well. Take this mixture and pour it over the arrangement that you have just prepared.
