- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Fisher Chef's Naturals Walnuts
- 1 (6 ounce) package fresh raspberries
To prepare the dressing of Raspberry Walnut Salad take a small bowl and whisk lemon juice, sugar, garlic, vinegar along with salt and pepper.
Then slowly add vegetable oil in this mixture while whisking, and keep this process going until all the ingredients blend well together.
