Business Leave Letter

If you are running your own business, especially a small one, you will need to plan for events and local holidays. Since all your employees will be taking off on those days, your business will be effectively in-operational. The best way to go about this is to write a business leave letter and send it out to your clients, informing them that your business will not be operational during a certain time or over the upcoming holidays.

Don’t worry, we will not only show you how to write a business leave letter, but will also give you samples and a template to follow.

Tips for Writing a Business Leave Letter

  • Address the letter to all your clients.
  • Clarify that the business will be temporarily unavailable due to an upcoming event or holidays.
  • Make sure that you assure them that pending commitments will be met.
  • Give out your personal contact information in case someone wants to get in touch with you.
