    Dear Mr. Anderson,

I would humbly like to request a reconsideration of our solicitation letter, sent to your company on the 10 of April, 2013.

As we stated earlier, we run an organization where physically and mentally challenged children are trained in dancing and singing to allow them to enjoy life and its colors like everyone else.

I am proud to inform you that our best dancing group, consisting of 16 children (8 girls and 8 boys), is capable of participating in the upcoming mega dance competition in the United States.

However, the entry fee for the competition and the travel and lodging costs are unfortunately too high for our organization to sponsor.

Knowing how much your organization has contributed to social work, especially for challenged children, we decided to reach out to you for financial help regarding the matter.

We require a total of $6,000 dollars (the details of which will be made transparent and accessible to you) to cover our costs for the competition.

Even if our group does not win, I believe that their performance, and the resulting exposure and awareness will attract more people (from around the world) to support our cause and mission.

Hence, I once again request you to reconsider our request.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Regards,

    Darren Clarke
