Spiced Orange with Pomegranate Recipe

Ingredients:

– ½ cup pomegranate juice
– ¼ cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
– ½ teaspoon Allspice – finely ground
– ½ teaspoon mustard – ground
– Pinch Black Pepper – coarse grind
– Pinch Sea Salt
– 8 cups baby or spring salad greens
– 3 oranges – peeled and sectioned
– 6 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
– ¾ cup Cinnamon Glazed Walnuts

    Pick a medium mixing bowl and pour the pomegranate juice into it. Top with olive oil, white wine vinegar, ground mustard, black pepper, allspice and sea salt. Take a medium spoon or fork and beat all these ingredients until mix up finely and form a smooth dressing.
