Pick a medium mixing bowl and pour the pomegranate juice into it. Top with olive oil, white wine vinegar, ground mustard, black pepper, allspice and sea salt. Take a medium spoon or fork and beat all these ingredients until mix up finely and form a smooth dressing.
Grab a large serving bowl place the baby or spring salad greens in it. Pour in the dressing and toss until the salad greens toss well.
Now divide the mixture among six medium salad platters.
Top each of the mixture with 2 tablespoons of Cinnamon Glazed Walnuts, about 5 orange sections, and 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds.
