Tuna and Orange Salad Recipe

Utensils: Salad bowl, spoon and salad platter

Ingredients:

– 1 tin tuna
– 1 orange
– 1/2 tablesspoon mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoon cashew nuts ( cut into half)
– 1 tablespoon ginger (grounded)
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt and pepper according to taste (freshly ground pepper tastes and smells best)
– Fresh Lettuce or Spinach leaves for serving

    Cut open the tuna tin from top and drain the water from it. Put the tuna in a bowl. Peel the orange and separate into sections. Now cut the sections into small pieces.

    In the bowl of tuna, add the oranges followed by the lemon juice, cashews, mayonnaise, and ground ginger. Add salt and pepper to the salad according to your preference. Mix well to get an even taste.

    Place two lettuce leaves on the salad platter and scoop up the salad onto them. A refreshing salad is ready to serve and delight your loved ones.
