Ingredients:

– 250g (9 oz) vermicelli pasta or egg noodles
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 1 dash soy sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed chilli flakes
– 1 red pepper, julienned
– 1 bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped

    To prepare Vegetarian Asian-Inspired Pasta Salad first take you need to cook 250g (9 oz) vermicelli pasta or egg noodles, as per the instructions given on its packaging. When the 250g (9 oz) vermicelli pasta or egg noodles gets cooked drain it and then rinse by running cold water to cool it.

    After that take 2 tablespoons sesame oil and whisk it together with 1 dash soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed chilli flakes in a large bowl. Then add cold pasta or egg noodles to this mixture along with 1 julienned red pepper and 1 bunch of finely chopped fresh coriander in order to toss all these ingredients well together until they get blended.
