The salad is a fantastic combination of broad beans with feta cheese and tomatoes. It is so wholesome and fulfilling that it can easily qualify as a light lunch in itself. Beans are known to provide as much proteins as meat does. Feta is another good source of proteins while the citrus tomatoes bring a lot of vitamin C and color to the salad. So you are not only having a delicious meal but a very healthy one with all those proteins and vitamins. The salad is bursting with flavors and color while the green of the beans plays against the red of the tomatoes and the white of the feta.
