Serving size: 3
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Utensils needed: knife, cutting board, salad bowl
- 5 white peaches
- 140g of icing sugar

Wash the peaches well and dry them. Peel away the outer skin and take out the inner stone by cutting into half. Now slice them length ways into thin slices. Put them in to a salad bowl.
In another small bowl, mix together the sugar and the wine. Keep on stirring until the sugar dissolves completely in the wine. This is your dressing. Pour it over the peaches.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. The salad can be preserved chilled for up to ten hours and it will not lose its freshness till that. Serve with forks. It can also serve as dessert.
