Utensils needed: four serving bowls
- 410g can pineapple pieces
- 4 kiwi fruit
- 425g can lychees
- 1 lime (for both zest and juice)
The fruits used are mostly canned. Take the four salad serving bowls out. Divide the can of pineapple among the four bowls equally. Peel the kiwi fruit and slice it. Arrange these slices over the pineapple pieces.
Add the canned lychees over the kiwi and also add the lychee syrup to the salad. Grate the lemon over the salad. Just before serving squeeze the lemon into the salad to make it all the more exciting.
