Difference Between Hispanic and Latino
– A person can be a Latino even if he or she does not speak the Spanish language. However, he or she cannot be Hispanic if they do not have any knowledge of the Spanish language.
– People from Cuba, Mexico and Argentina are generally referred to both Hispanic and Latino categories as they speak the Spanish language and also are from Latin America.
