– Make sure that you drink adequate amounts of water to keep the function of the kidneys normal. In the summer, it is best that you drink at least 15 glasses of water, particularly if you sweat a lot to make sure that your kidneys get enough.
– The colour of urine should always be carefully observed. Clear urine points out at kidneys getting enough water and a yellow one signals at the contrary.
