Ingredients
Tomatoes – 1 cup
Water – 1 pint
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Milk – 1 quart
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Corn-starch – 2 tablespoons
Salt – (To taste)
Pepper (To taste)
Heavy cream per soup plate – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil per soup plate – 1 teaspoon
Parsley
Instructions
First of all, chop all the tomatoes and put them into a large bowl. You can either use a knife or a chopper.
Add some water to a pan and then put the chopped tomatoes into it. Allow them to boil for about 20 minutes and you will get a paste like mixture.
After boiling the tomatoes for 20 minutes, add milk and baking soda, while the mixture continues to boil.
One by one, pour in all the ingredients until you get a form of liquid.
You can do some garnishing before serving the delicious tomato soup.
