The Costa De Sol Spinach Recipe is extremely famous amongst health-conscious people. This is due to the vegetable content this salad has. This recipe is ranked highest in terms of nutritional value. In order to enhance the taste, you can always add oil, salt, vinegar and tomatoes.
  • Fresh spinach, cleaned thoroughly - 3 cups
  • Large garlic clove, minced - ¼
  • Large red pepper, sliced into thin strips - ¼
  • Sweet onion, minced - 2 tbsp
  • Large fuji apple, diced into 1 cubic cm - ½
  • Raisins - ½ cup
  • Honey -2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Red garlic vinegar - 3 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • Dijonnaise - 1 tsp
  1. Put three cups of Spinach into a bowl and start mixing it with garlic clove and minced.
  2. Pick some red pepper powder and start stirring it together with the mixture which you have already made.
  3. Start to pour some honey into the same mixture along with sugar.
  4. Toss the mixture together and mix spinach with it.
  5. Serve this dish after you have fully garnished it with black and red pepper.
Always wash the utensils before preparing the dish.

You can serve this dish along with seafood.
