It is hot out there and you want something that will cool you off. You have always tried hot and sour soups in winter but what about trying a chilled type of sour soup in summer, isn’t it a fabulous idea. Eating raw fruits is everybody’s favourite but what is better than a juicy soup made with raw fruits. You must have tried mango shakes but what about chilled mango soup?
Ingredients
  • Milk – 1 ½ cups
  • Mint – 1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt – ½ tablespoon
Instructions
  1. Take a blending jug and add mango, milk and yogurt in it. Blend all of them with the help of blender.
  2. Pour the mixture in a bowl and use yogurt and mint to garnish it before serving. Serve chilled.
  3. The soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days.
