A Strawberry Sundae is an ultimate dessert that everyone loves. People from every age group- young or old- simply love the taste of the dessert and the combination. The variety of ingredients involved in making this delicacy and the less time it takes are other plusses.
Ingredients
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 3 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream
  • 5 Almond biscuits
  • 5 mini Meringues
  • 3 teaspoons of strawberry jam
  • Wafers
  • Whipped cream
  • 4 Milk chocolate bars
Instructions
  1. Leave out three strawberries so that they can be placed as a topping in the end. Place the remaining seven strawberries in a dish and mash them nicely with a fork.
  2. Make sure you have mashed the strawberries completely so that there are no large pieces of the fruit.
  3. Add a single scoop of Vanilla ice cream in all of the three cups as the base. Now add equal portions of mashed strawberries over the vanilla ice cream.
  4. This will give the Strawberry Sundae a unique base layer and a very delicious taste.
  5. The next step in the process would be to crush the mini meringue in the cup. This should be followed by a teaspoon of jam in each cup to add a variety of flavours in the delicacy.
  6. Also crush wafers and pour them over the meringue and jam ingredients you already added to the cups.
  7. Once the wafers are added in the cups, place another scoop of vanilla ice cream to each cup.
  8. This is a unique feature of the Strawberry Sundae that all the ingredients are placed between two layers of ice cream. Pour whipped cream over the ice cream scoops in each cup.
  9. Lastly, sprinkle pieces of grated milk chocolate at the top in each cup and place a strawberry on top to give the Strawberry Sundae a nice look.
  10. Serve immediately before the ice cream melts.
