Ingredients
  • Dried yellow noodles - 4 oz
  • Onion (sliced) - 1
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Minced pork - 1 lb
  • Oyster sauce - ½ cup
  • Green onions (chopped) - ¼ cup
  • Head bak choy (chopped) - 1
  • White pepper - 2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Making Asian noodles with minced meat is extremely easy and does not take a lot of your time. You will need all the basic ingredients required to make this recipe. Get ready to treat yourself with this delicious meal.
  2. Soak the noodles in cold water.
  3. Sautee the onions in a medium sized saucepan with oil in it.
  4. Once the onions are brown, remove them from the pan and put them in a separate plate. Leave the oil in the saucepan because it will be used later for something else.
  5. Put mince pork and oyster sauce inside the pan.
  6. Cook them for at least 5 minutes and let it cook until you are fully satisfied.
  7. You must allow everything to boil while you are cooking noodles and bak choy.
  8. Boil water in a separate pot and put noodles inside that pot.
  9. Keep cooking the noodles in that pot until al dente.
  10. Boil the vegetables until they are tender.
