  • Raw Cauliflower,a medium head makes about a pound of florets
  • Any combination of butter, milk, cream, or whatever you use when you make mashed
  • potatoes - ¼ cup
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Instant mashed potatoes - ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder - ½ to 1 teaspoon
  • Head cauliflower - 1 medium
  • Cream cheese, softened - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated parmesan - ¼ cup
  • Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
  • Straight chicken base or bullion - ⅛ teaspoon
  • Freshly ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh or dry chives, for garnish - ½ teaspoon
  • Unsalted butter - 3 tablespoons
  1. Wash all the utensils before you start making your recipe.

  3. Take a saucepan and fill it with water.
