– In order to enhance the contrast, make a copy of the layer with the key combination Ctrl + J and than change the blending mode of the duplicated layer to Soft Light.
– Apply different filters to make further changes to the image.
– If you are not yet satisfied with the resulting image, then use the “Magic Wand” tool.
