How to Cure Insomnia without Medication

– Try to walk at night at least half an hour to deal with insomnia. Take a warm shower before bed and a meal in advance.
– Do not overload your stomach with heavy dinner as oily and junk food takes time to digest.
– Do not drink soft drinks at night. Try drinking tea, coffee or hot chocolate in the morning.
– Do not try to sleep if you do not want to sleep. It is terribly nervous and lead to nowhere. It is better to do something interesting – see favourite show or read a magazine.
– Do not abuse drugs. Weak agents will have no pronounced effect, and strong can be addictive, leading your body to restrict you go to sleep without doping.
