How to do Glitter Lips

Glitter is no longer just for kids, as it one among the hot fashion makeup trends nowadays. When it comes to enhancing the overall look of your lips, the trendy glitter lips have a unique party vibe about them, which makes it an ideal for New Year’s Eve, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas Day etc. Moreover; it is an amazing experience to create glitter lips for holiday parties to get that extra spark among hundreds.

Things you will need to create glitter lips:

– Concealer or foundation powdered
– Lip liner
– Lip brushes
– lip stick
– Glitter
– Glitter lip glue
– Lip gloss

Instructions

    Apply a very thin layer of concealer or foundation powdered to you clean and dry lips. It helps in keeping your lips dry and ready for the application of the remaining products.

    Now, line your lips with one of your favorite lip liner, making sure not to go beyond the outer edges of lips.

    Top the lip liner with any lipstick color that you like.

    Dip a lip brush in glitter lip glue and apply it to your lower lips, starting from right or left corner. Apply the glitter within the outline of your lips.

    Note: Do not use your fingers for the application of glitter to your lips as it can stick to other parts of your face as well, creating an untidy look.

    You can use any glitter color that you want, keeping the occasion and theme in mind.

    Repeat step 4 to apply the same glitter lip glue to your upper lips.

    Note: If you do not have glitter lip glue available at home, then simply add some non-chemical make-up adhesive to a glitter. Blend both elements thoroughly until mix well and smooth. Apply it like the way you applied lip glue.

    Once you apply the glitter lip glue, top it with some with a transparent lip gloss to give your glitter lips more elegant finishing touch.

    Note: You can skip step 4 and 7 by replacing the glitter lip glue with some glittery lip gloss.
