How to Fall Back Asleep when you Wake Up

– Always remember to use the bathroom before you go to bed. Sleeping on a full bladder will wake you up in the middle of the night, get you off the bed, make you turn on the lights, make you walk all the way to the bathroom, do the deed, wash your hands and then walk all the way back to bed. It is actually worse than it sounds. Therefore, do the smart thing by using the bathroom before going to sleep.
– Keep a jug of water and glass on the bedside table. Thirst is a common culprit in disturbed sleep.
