How to Stay Hydrated When Running

– If you feel thirsty then you are dehydrated. However, when you consume water you can recover.
– Drink water after, during and before exercise to stay hydrated.
– During exercise you should drink water every 15 minutes. You should also drink more during exercise in order to stay hydrated.
– Drinking less water gives an outlook of being bloated.
– Drinking more water will cause your body to process it properly.
– In extreme cases, dehydration can cause death.
