Make the most of each day and encourage the best,
Chin up, raise your spirits, and don’t settle for less
An attitude of gratitude is a choice, nevertheless,
And it brings with it great joy, a worthy thing to confess

Be strong in tough times, look up when you’re down
For it never serves well to walk about with a frown
Consider gratitude that you can turn to for strength,
Life can go on even in the most dismal depths

An attitude of gratitude is your secret weapon,
Be brave, stay strong, and learn to live for life’s lesson
Carry with you the humbleness of a sage,
And you will ensure,
That an atttitude of gratitude will take you blissfully to old age
