This community offers spacious, unfurnished apartments with a variety of floor plans. The units are available as a studio, one, or two-bedroom, or cottages. These are all payable on a month-to-month basis. A lease is not required.

Each apartment has a kitchenette, carpeting, and window treatments. Most have a balcony or porch. Free laundry facilities are located on each floor. Each of the eight cottages has a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

In each of the main buildings there are common areas. There are exercise rooms, a pool table, two libraries and several multi-purpose rooms. There’s also a beauty and barber shop, big-screen TV lounge, craft and activity room, as well as an outdoor fitness trail. The community vegetable garden and dance floor keep everyone active. So does the new Red Hat Society Chapter called The Red Snappers. Furthermore, the Travel Club allows residents to visit other company-owned retirement communities for free.

Managers are on duty at Lake Shore Commons 24 hours every day. Amenities at The Woods at Holly Tree include three chef-prepared meals a day served in a gorgeous dining room, weekly housekeeping, and all utilities except telephone service, free use of laundry facilities, social, and recreational activities. The Woods at Holly Tree has resident managers on site 24 hours a day.

Scheduled transportation is available for all residents. There is a beauty and barber shop on site, an exercise room, a billiards table, as well as a game room, library, chapel, and large-screen TV lounge. There are also several cozy nooks for visiting or reading. Like Lake Shore Commons, a travel club enables residents to free visits in other company-owned retirement communities.

Barry Drive, just west of College Road. Health-care and medical facilities are very close by as well as dining, shopping, and financial centers.

At Spring Arbor, everything is built on one level. Residents will enjoy a bright family-style dining room with a patio, big sunroom, front porch, a library with fireplace, activity room, walking path, and wellness center. Furthermore, there is a beauty salon, barber shop, and therapeutic Whirlpool baths. At Spring Arbor, all utilities except telephone service are included. An emergency call system is located in both the bedroom and bathroom of each residence.

There is a licensed nurse working at Spring Arbor who can help with medication administration. There are pharmacy services located on site and personalized care plans and wellness programs as well. Therapists offer their services to residents too.

Three balanced, home cooked meals designed by a registered dietician are served daily. You have a choice of entr�©e and daily snacks.
