Steps to Cook Chicken Supreme

Chicken Supreme is my all time favourite recipe. Due to the use of cream and bacon it is not an ideal recipe for people who have cholesterol or blood pressure issues, but this fantastic continental dish is an amazing choice for surprising your family and loved ones at dinner or lunch. You can use chicken with or without skin depending upon your choice, but cream and chicken stock is already being used which is why it is better if you discard the skin from the chicken.

Ingredients:
Small onions: 2 sliced
Garlic cloves: 4 chopped
Bacon: 6 rashers chopped
Boneless skinless chicken breasts: 3 chopped
Chicken stock: 1 cube in 100 ml boiling water
Double cream: 400 ml

    Carefully wash and clean your hands and also the entire work surface that you will be using to prepare this wonderful recipe. Do not forget to also clean or wash the utensils, ingredients and other items that you will be using to put this dish together. Always keep your work surface clean and free from clutter so that you find what you are looking for while cooking.

    Pour a tablespoon of olive oil and fry chopped onions in it. Fry them until the onion gets soft and light golden. Be careful while frying as you do not want to burn the onions. Be careful while chopping anything as you will want to avoid any injury while using a sharp knife in the kitchen.

    Take out the golden onions and again pour two tablespoons of olive oil and fry the chicken in the same pan. Fry it until the chicken is cooked evenly on both sides and from the inside as well.

    After frying the chicken in a similar manner fry the bacon and then add the golden onions and chicken. Also, you can add the stock and mix it well. You will want a nice smooth texture to your mixture so be sure to check that the consistency is even.

    When the stock comes to a boiling point add cream and again stir the mixture well until the chicken and bacon gets coated properly. You will want a nice thick coating with a good texture to it.

    Take a pretty platter and add the hot prepared Chicken Supreme and serve it with rice. You can serve this dish anyway you like depending on your own preferences. Your family and friends will definitely love this Chicken dish.
