Consume a balanced diet
You must have a balanced diet if you want to reduce weight. Try to eat lots of fruits and foods with high proteins and low calories. You must consume small meals frequently throughout the course of the day. When you eat small meals, your metabolism gets fast and you will digest the food quickly. This will help in reducing weight over a certain period of time. However, make sure that the meals you take are healthy.

The exercises may include cardio, weight lifting, running or even a walk in a park near your house. Try to be on the move as your body needs to burn all those calories that you have consumed throughout the day.
