How to Make a Buck’s Fizz Cocktail

Buck’s Fizz is one of the most famous alcoholic cocktail drinks which is made by mixing 2 portions of orange juice to one portion of champagne. Some recipes also use grenadine as an additional ingredient but the actual recipe, which is mentioned in International Bartenders Association, does not include grenadine.

The buck’s Fizz cocktail is named after a London based club called Buck’s Club and was invented in 1921 by their barman named McGarry. The same drink was an inspiration for the creation of the Mimosa cocktail which was invented after 4 years in France. The drink is served widely in most large gatherings, such as weddings, as a replacement to champagne and is also used as a brunch drink.
