Squeeze some lemon juice into a small bowl. Dip your finger tips into the lemon juice and apply it to the entire rim of the glass until wet. Now, dip the wet rim of the glass into sugar or salt, whichever you prefer.

  • 3

Place the glass in the refrigerator to chill while you make the drink.

  • 4

Take a large cooking pot with a heavy bottom and combine one gallon of apple cider and half gallon of apple juice in it.

  • 5

Add five cinnamon sticks to the mixture and bring it to a boil over medium high heat.

  • 6

Once the mixture starts boiling, add two cups of sugar to it and stir so till it dissolves.

  • 7

Remove the pot from the heat now and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Now remove the cinnamon sticks and stir in two cups of alcohol. Your Apple pie shot is ready - serve it as it is or ladle into pitchers and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
