Corn Bread puddings are easy to make and require a minimum number of ingredients also. The delicacy can be prepared in about 90-95 minutes and has delicious taste.

Whole kernel corn: 1 can
Dry corn muffin mix: 1 packet
Cream- style corn: 1 can
Container of sour cream: 1
Salt and pepper: To taste
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350°F or 175°C. In the time the oven gets hot, grease the baking pan nicely. Make sure that the oil covers all the area of the baking pan. This is generally done so that the baking material does not stick at the bottom of the pan. It is also important that you do not pour too much oil for greasing as that can also spoil the dish.
In a mixing bowl, add the can of kernel corn, cream-style corn, eggs, packet of dry corn muffin mix, salt and pepper. Add the salt and pepper according to your taste. After you have added all the ingredients, make sure you combine everything nicely with the help of a wooden spatula. Take your time to stir the mixture nicely as the pudding would not give the desired taste if the ingredients are not mixed properly.
Now add the mixture from the bowl to the baking pan that you had greased earlier. It is important that you add the mixture gently to the baking pan and evenly distribute it throughout the pan. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake the combination for about 90 minutes. To check whether the pudding is done, insert a toothpick to the centre of the pudding and of it comes out clean, your dish is done. Serve immediately.
