First of all, you need to combine different ingredients. After mixing 20 drops of wintergreen with at least 10 drops of peppermint, add 10 drops of juniper.
Your liniment needs a few more items. After properly mixing the first three ingredients, pour five drops of ginger and a couple of drops of jasmine essential oils. All these things should be mixed into half to one cup of Epsom salts.
Make sure that the oils are thoroughly dispersed into the salts. You may have to use a spoon to ensure a proper mixture.
It is the time to transfer the salt-oil mixture into a bucket of warm water.
The liniment is ready now. You just need to take a little mixture from the bucket and apply to the horse as a muscle wash. If prepared and applied properly, the results will be very quick and positive.
If you are interested in creating a gel liniment, you just need to make a couple of changes. Substitute aloe vera gel for the water and Epsom salts, and your amazing liniment gel will be ready within a few minutes.
You need to mix the same old into the base of aloe vera gel. The material is ready to be applied on the horse’s muscles.
Another fine change is substituting the lavender or ylang-ylang oil for jasmine oil. Mix the oil either in the water or gel to prepare liniment for your horse.
