Hotel Guide: Worcester, MA

So you’ve found yourself in Worcester, Massachusetts? Well, this city was first settled in 1673 and was officially “incorporated” in 1684. So seeing that this city has a rich history, there is no wonder why so many people journey here every year to see it. So, along with the amazing historic sights and such, there are some other things that makes this city astonishing, and of them being, its hotels. I have researched and reviewed the top three of these hotels for potential guests consideration. So sit back and read on to find your perfect Massachusetts hotel!

The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Beechwood Hotel. This three-and-a-half-star hotel is designed in a “boutique-style” and is located in a park-line setting, in the Massachusetts Biotech Park and is only three miles from downtown Worcester and local attractions. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers is one its location, as well as a gift shop, a fitness center that is opened twenty-four-hours, a business center, and even a wedding chapel. This hotel has 73 guest rooms. Some of the various in-room amenities this hotel offers its guests includes free long-distance phone calls, complimentary high-speed Internet access, and print-on-demand services. This is absolutely amazing hotel for all types of visitors.

The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Sheraton Framingham Hotel. This three-and-a-half-star hotel is only five miles from Natick Mall and is only twenty-five miles from Boston. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool for year-round swimming, a spa tub, a fitness center, sauna, and a steam room. There is also wireless Internet access available in all public spaces for a surcharge. For those business travelers, there is a business center and conference rooms. There are 370 guest rooms and 22 suites throughout this hotel. All of the rooms offer high-speed Internet access for a surcharge, phones with voice mail, and cable TV with complimentary premium channels.

And the last hotel in which I reviewed is the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel. This three-star-hotel is also a trade center and is located right off of the Mass Turnpike, and is only forty miles west of downtown Boston. Some of the various in-room amenities this hotel offers its guests includes complimentary wireless Internet access in all public spaces, there is also a computer station with Internet access for all guests use. There is also a fitness center, an indoor pool, an arcade and game room. There are 441 guest rooms in its six-story building. Some of the various in-room amenities includes complimentary wireless Internet access, coffeemakers, bathrobes, and free local calls.
