Palmolive Dish Wipes: Disposable Wipes for Your Kitchen

Washing dishes is not my favorite thing to do. I don’t even like rinsing them to put them into the dishwasher. But, sometimes you end up doing dishes by hand when items are not dishwasher safe. This is when a product that offers a “helping hand” comes in handy. Palmolive Dish Wipes are just that, a product to lend a hand to get the job done quicker.

Packaging

Palmolive Dish Wipes come in a nifty little plastic container with a snap on lid. This is a great little box to reuse in the kitchen. I use it for Brillo pads. It would also be useful for storing rubber bands or bread ties in. You could also use it in other parts of the house to store any small items in.

I found Palmolive Dish Wipes easily on the shelf at Walmart along with similar products. The price was very reasonable at $1.97 for a box of 20 wipes. Palmolive Dish Wipes come in both the original scent and also a lemon scent. I decided to purchase the original scent. After using this item, I will definitely go back and get the lemon scent on my next purchase since I enjoy citrus fragrances.

Performance

Boy was I surprised by the suds this little wipe created. I was first very reserved about buying these wipes and not expecting much out of them performance wise. The wipes are about the same size as a regular dish towel and have several layers of soft material. Once the wipe is wet it is quite slippery and sudsy. I used Palmolive Dish Wipes on a full load of dishes and the suds outlasted my load of dishes. I used the wipe afterwards to wipe down counter tops and the stove. It probably could of been used another time but I tossed it in the trash since they are disposable.

Dislikes

I thought that Palmolive Dish Wipes were an overall good experience. However, I felt that they were a bit too slippery. I would be afraid to handle fine china using these wipes. This was the only negative thing I found with Palmolive Dish Wipes.

Product Warnings

The container warns to keep this product out of the reach of children, do not use with chlorine bleach, and they are not for personal use. Do not use in automatic dishwashers, and do not flush down the toilet. If products gets in eyes, flush immediately with water.
