Take four medium salad bowls and place them in your refrigerator until you make the salad.
Meanwhile, pick one fresh grapefruit and peel it properly. Now, segment the grapefruit and cut each segment into two. Place these slices of grapefruit in a large mixing bowl.
Note: You can use any type of grapefruit you like but the pink grapefruit is always preferred for this salad.
Top the grapefruit slices with 350g of well-drained crab meat, 50g of roughly crushed cashew nuts, two finely chopped shallots, two teaspoons of finely chopped dill, and some fresh lemon juice.
Add in the 300g of guacamole and season the mixture to taste. Now, whisk the mixture until the ingredients merge into one another thoroughly and smooth.
Remove the four salad bowl from refrigerator and set them in front of you. Now, divide the crab mixture among the bowls and garnish them with fresh lemon wedges, if you like.
Serve your Crab and Grapefruit Salads and enjoy pleasant comments from the receivers.
