Take tomatoes and cut them into two then, place them in a rimmed baking try in order to top each one of them with a basil leaf, salt, pepper and finally sprinkle it with olive oil. Now put this tray in the oven and sauté them at 120 C / 100 C Fan / Gas ½ for about 2 hours.
Now top and tail the haricot verts/ beans then, boil them in water for 3 minutes and after that cool them in iced water.
Then, get pine nuts and toast them in dry frying pan at medium heat until they turn golden brown. Now stir them infrequently in order to prevent from burning.
After that grab a bowl and mix all ingredients along with dressing. Then, mix beans, tomatoes, feta, rockets and pine nuts in this bowl just before you would like to serve it. Now you are ready to serve this delicious dish.
