Take mayonnaise, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar along with 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill and blend them. After blending these ingredients place them in a refrigerator overnight or for several hours to let the ingredients amalgamate and produce a scrumptious flavor.
Now take 450g (16 oz) skinless, boneless, diced and cooked chicken breast fillets and stir it with 1 chopped red pepper and 30g (1 oz) crumbled feta cheese. Use the remaining chilled mayonnaise to blend in this mixture of chicken. After that this salad is ready to be served either over crisp green salad or as sandwich filling.
